It can be consumed to either provide a new ability or to simply increase the power of an existing ability.
- Purchaseble after minute 15.
- When a Tormentor is killed, one of the two lowest net worth players within that team who don’t already have Aghanim’s Shard is granted an Aghanim’s Shard for free.
