Riyadh Masters 2024 — завершающий турнир в серии ивентов ESL Pro Tour, самый крупный и престижный. Соревнование пройдет в формате LAN под эгидой ESL, а его освещением на русском языке займется студия FISSURE.
Riyadh Masters считается новым The Internarional, и в этом году он действительно оправдывает свой статус. В 2024 году турнир по Dota 2, как и множество других ивентов, пройдут в Эр-Рияд, столице Саудовской Аравии — для такого мероприятия длинною в месяц был построен целый город в городе! Соревнование по Dota 2 станет одним из многих в рамках Esports World Cup 2024, а призовой фонд, выделенный на Доту, составит 5 миллионов долларов США!
Всего в турнире примут участие 20 команд. Из них 12 коллективов прошли через региональные отборочные, которые были проведены в каждом из 7 соревновательных регионов. Оставшиеся же 8 команд получили прямые приглашения по итогам рейтинговой таблицы EPT — восьмерка лучших по итогам соревновательного года (для набора очков необходимо было участвовать в турнирах от ESL) была приглашена на Riyadh Masters 2024 напрямую. Среди приглашенных команд сплошь мировые гранды: Team Falcons, BetBoom Team, Gaimin Gladiators, Xtreme Gaming, Tundra Esports, Team Liquid, OG и Team Spirit!
Формат Рияд Мастерс подразумевает целых 3 игровые стадии. Сначала команды сыграют в плей-ин, из которого в групповую стадию пройдут 16 коллективов. В группах претенденты проведут серию встреч каждый с каждым, чтобы определить участников плей-офф — ими станут всего 12 команд. И уже в основной сетке лучшие их лучших поборятся за шанс стать чемпионом Riyadh Masters 2024!
Стоит также отметить, что в рамках «чемпионата мира», Esports World Cup 2024, будет проведен и общий командный зачет — организация, котороая выступит лучше остальных во всех 20 дисциплинах ивента, выграет гран-при и статус чемпиона!

As part of the Esports World Cup, teams earn prize money for their performances across different esports titles within the Esports World Cup. Select teams may also be chosen as part of the Esports World Cup Club Program for a stipend to support their operations, to fund their entry into new titles, and to receive money in driving viewership and engagement to the event.
