This is the main spell in the strategy. Anytime its available against a wave of creeps + hero. Get it first for bounties.
1. Fatal Bonds
2. Upheaval
3. Invis
Once you have the shard, keep holding the upheaval even once no one is in it. Your mini warlocks will get creep kills or chase heroes.
1. Throw out fatal bond
2. Chaotic Offering
3. Upheaval + Invis
We get this to lvl 4 first over upheaval because the damage gets you creep kills.
Shadow word when you can, but it really gets important at Level 20 with the +450 AoE. You can use it on your golems or team as you push into towers.
Summons a Golem on death : You're not gonna die, are you? Maybe get this if youre dying a lot.
Early Game
This last 15 seconds — the upheaval lasts 15 seconds. Don't upgrade unless necessary.
Core Items (in order)
This is the key. Anytime you can, Q a hero + creeps and immediately upheaval. Creep Kills + Hero Damage.
Situational Items
So you can hide in the trees and upheaval.
People expect you to heal. Plus gives damage and lifesteal to golemns.
Extension items
Use defensively. Just upgrading because the yasha is nice.
Less time youre not using upheaval.
Other Items
If youre against a lot of melee, cast the Q onto the hero and get the extra slow so they can't get out of the upheaval. Also provides stats + mana regen.
